LLOYDS TSB AUTOLEASE APPOINTS NEW FINANCE DIRECTOR

 Lloyds TSB autolease, one of UK's largest and most experienced fleet management and funding specialists, has announced that it has appointed a new Finance Director following the recent promotion of Mark Chessman to Deputy Managing Director.

 Alan Lunt, former Head of Finance at Lloyds TSB's Asset Finance Division, is a Chartered Management Accountant with more than 27 years experience in the financial services industry. He made the move to the fleet management side of Lloyds TSB on 1^st August 2007.

 In his three and a half years with Lloyds TSB, Alan has gained considerable knowledge of the organisation and of the culture and values adopted by the Group. He also has previous experience within the fleet sector, having worked as Financial Controller at Arval, the contract hire, fleet management and fuel card business owned by BNP Paribas.  Previously, Alan also held several senior finance roles within an equipment finance subsidiary of GE Capital.

 Leading a team of nearly 100 staff, Alan's new responsibilities include: delivering a controlled financial environment, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, performance management and strategy development.
