The Institute of Transport Management is a
Global body and as such, is streamlining the
purchasing and invoicing aspect of the Business
- to a centralised accounts system. Due to the
nature of the Business, any items purchased, or
credit given on any products or services to the
Company, must be done so on official documents,
complete with purchase order and signed off by
our Accounts Manager, Caitriona Power,
personally. The order must also be confirmed by
phone direct with same. On no account should
services be supplied to any representative of
the Company without such paperwork and
confirmation of order.
